Andree Delorme

Andree Delorme currently serves as a Strategic Program Manager in Investment Group Data & Analytics at Capital Group since June 2024. Previously, Delorme held multiple leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group from 2006 to 2024, including Senior Director of Data Strategy & Operations at Optum Health, where oversight involved the implementation of a healthcare data platform that significantly expanded Medicare coverage. As Director of Payer Technology in Optum Advisory Services, Delorme managed the digital UnitedHealthcare Motion product development to enhance member engagement. Earlier roles included Program Manager for Optum Data Management, overseeing a $15M budget for analytics initiatives, and Senior Project Manager for a data warehouse project with a budget of $9M, coordinating a large cross-functional team. Delorme earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and also studied at Université de Sherbrooke.
