Andrew Helms is an experienced HR technology professional with a strong background in managing transformative projects and enhancing tech-enabled collaboration. Currently serving as HR Technology Manager, AVP at Capital Group from October 2021 to March 2024, Andrew leads product teams to align business goals with technological advancements. Previous roles include HR Data & Technology Consultant Lead and Senior, where Andrew optimized HR data protection and utilized collaborative technologies effectively. An entrepreneurial venture at Feralflix focused on creating marketing videos aimed at boosting small business revenue. Additional experience includes proposal writing for educational institutions at Instructure, Inc. and instructional design at Appian Corporation and inthinc Technology Solutions.
