Brad Horstkotte

Brad Horstkotte is a highly experienced technology leader, currently retired since July 2021 after a distinguished career primarily at Capital Group, where Brad served as Lead Enterprise Architect and Assistant Vice President since July 2001. Brad has been responsible for leading various architecture engagements, including developing enterprise capability models, designing solutions for financial product rollouts, and overseeing implementation teams. Notable projects include automated publishing solutions, high-volume digital content delivery systems, and active-active hosting solutions. Prior roles include President of Community Vista Corporation, Senior Software Engineer at FileNet Corporation, and Manager of Software Development at Worldwide Satellite Broadcasting. Brad holds a BA in Philosophy from UCLA and an MBA in Business with an emphasis on technology management from USC Marshall School of Business.
