Federica Vitale is a seasoned professional in data privacy, currently serving as a Senior Data Privacy Analyst at Capital Group since May 2022. In this role, Federica collaborates with the Legal Team to ensure compliance with privacy regulations, negotiates Data Processing Addendums, and reviews legal contracts related to data processing activities. Previous experience includes serving as Data Privacy and GDPR Officer at Global Cybersecurity Association, Compliance, Risk and Data Privacy Associate at NCTech Imaging, and participating in various legal internships and projects that enhance understanding of privacy law and compliance.
