Holly Framsted

Holly Framsted, CFA, is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with extensive experience in product strategy and development, particularly in the exchange-traded funds (ETFs) sector. Currently serving as the Head of Global Product Strategy & Development and Head of ETFs at Capital Group since March 2021, Framsted previously held several senior roles at BlackRock from September 2005 to March 2021, including Managing Director overseeing U.S. ETF Product Segments and Factor ETFs. Earlier career experience includes a position as Portfolio Management and Research Coordinator at ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC. Holly Framsted holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish from UCLA.
