Jason L. is a seasoned technical product manager and lead solutions engineer at Capital Group since August 2011, specializing in managing IT product teams and improving client interactions through data-driven strategies. Prior to this role, Jason served as a senior quality assurance lead, significantly enhancing customer experience on American Funds websites.
