Jean Suh

Jean Suh has over two decades of experience in process design and optimization, currently serving as the Process Design and Optimization Delivery Lead at Capital Group since July 2004. In this role, Jean builds strategies and leads critical large-scale optimization efforts. Previously, as Assistant Vice President and Operational Excellence - Business Process Management Program Lead, Jean developed strategies and deployment plans for Business Process Management, fostering awareness and buy-in at all organizational levels. Additionally, Jean has a background as a Continuous Improvement Coach, facilitating process improvements and training associates in Lean methodologies for Investment Operations teams. Jean's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Fund Controller at KPMG from 2002 to 2004. Jean holds a B.A. in English and Accounting from UCLA, earned between 1997 and 2001.
