Maicol Parker-Chavez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, design, and business strategy across various industries. Currently serving as a Venture Architect in Emerging Technology at Capital Group since May 2022, Maicol focuses on the strategic integration of Generative AI into enterprise products. Previous roles include Business Designer at Super by Design, where methodologies like Agile and Human-Centered Design were utilized to enhance team efficiency and decision-making. Maicol also held positions as Product Manager at Assured Certificates and Together We Rise, leading product strategies and day-to-day development. Additional experience includes UX design at Riot Games, where design sprints significantly improved game development processes, as well as UX/UI design, consulting, and co-founding ventures. Maicol's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design from Platt College-Los Angeles.
