Mike Gitlin is the President and CEO of Capital Group, a role they assumed in 2023. With a strong background in finance, Mike has held numerous leadership positions, including Global Head of Fixed Income at Capital Group and Head of U.S. Equity Sales at Citigroup Global Markets. Mike has lived and worked in various global financial hubs, including London, Hong Kong, and New York, and is currently based in Los Angeles. Passionate about supporting veterans and youth, Mike is actively involved with the Catch A Lift Fund and serves on the Board of Governors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
