Rischel Pike

Rischel Pike currently serves as Treasurer and Associate Director at A Cure for Sophia and Friends, an organization focused on finding a cure for the ultra-rare RARB genetic mutation. With extensive experience in human resources, Rischel Pike has held various leadership roles at Capital Group since November 2007, where responsibilities included directing HR technology and data strategies and ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy regulations. Previous positions include Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where Rischel Pike contributed to organizational effectiveness through strategic HR planning, and Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank, overseeing HR initiatives for a diverse workforce and high-volume recruitment operations. Rischel Pike holds a BS in Business Administration and a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of California, Riverside, and additional education from the University of California, Irvine.
