Rudy Mei

Rudy Mei is an experienced data management professional with a strong background in leading teams and implementing data governance frameworks across various industries. Currently serving as the Data Management Lead at Capital Group | American Funds since April 2016, Rudy has established a Master Data Management platform and formalized organizational accountability and data quality standards. Prior roles include Vice President of Risk Compliance Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Rudy developed metadata standards and improved data management practices, and Director of Data Integration & Reporting at American Express, overseeing the creation of infrastructure for global expansion. Rudy's earlier experience includes leadership positions at General Electric, Ann Taylor, Chase, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and MIS from the University at Albany.
