Heather Cheesman

Heather Cheesman currently serves as the Director of Payroll at Capital Health since December 2023. Prior to this role, Cheesman was the Deputy County Clerk at Burlington County Clerk from April 2022 to December 2023 and held the position of Chief of Staff at Burlington County - County Clerk from January 2009 to April 2022. Cheesman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Rowan University and a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Rider University.
