Megan Martinson possesses extensive experience in nursing and emergency services, currently serving as the Nurse Manager of the Capital Health Emergency Department at Deborah Heart and Lung Center since August 2020. Prior to this role, Martinson worked as a Per Diem Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in 2020. Between April 2016 and May 2020, Martinson held various leadership positions at RWJBarnabas Health, including Administrative Director of Emergency Services and Director of Patient Care Services. Earlier career roles include Assistant Manager and Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Jersey Shore University Medical Center from 2010 to 2016, and Emergency Room Registered Nurse at Saint Barnabas Medical Center from 2009 to 2011. Martinson holds a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership from Aspen University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Rutgers University.
