Meredith Kudrick

Meredith Kudrick, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in various mental health settings. Currently serving on a Collaborative Care Team at Capital Health since September 2021, Meredith focuses on integrated psychiatric and primary care. Prior to this, a Mental Health Clinician at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton, from September 2018 to September 2021, where a patient-driven approach was emphasized. Earlier experience includes a role as Care Manager/Team Lead at Camden County Partnership for Children, where work involved developing treatment plans for youth in the Juvenile Justice System. Additionally, experience as a Case Manager at the Office of the Public Guardian involved assisting clients in nursing homes. Meredith holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University - Camden and a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
