Brian McEvoy is currently serving as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at CDC Small Business Finance and Capital Impact Partners. Prior to this, Brian held various legal positions at Fannie Mae, where Brian managed the Multifamily Legal Debt Strategies Team and the Multifamily Legal Strategy, Operations, and Infrastructure Team. Brian's previous experience includes working as an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP and McGuireWoods LLP, focusing on commercial real estate finance, public finance, and corporate law. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with Honors from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Marketing, Summa Cum Laude, from Towson University.
