Susan Cappellini, CPA, MBA, serves as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at Momentus Capital since October 2010, overseeing the company's financial reporting and the consolidation of subsidiaries in compliance with GAAP, along with managing annual audits that consistently yield unqualified opinions. Prior experiences include roles as a Senior Accountant at Fannie Mae, where Susan led the securities accounting department and ensured SOX compliance, and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Freddie Mac, focusing on automation and collaboration across business units. Earlier career positions spanned various financial roles at Sprint Nextel, People PC, Telecorp PCS, and MCI, showcasing a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Susan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland and a BS in Accounting from George Mason University.
