Software Engineering Team Lead at Capital Insurance Group

Chris Jarrett started their career as a Software Developer and Data Analysis Intern at AliTek Consulting in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an SDET Intern at Microsoft. Chris then joined Carnegie Mellon University as a student from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, Chris joined Microsoft as a Software Developer Engineer in Test for the Windows Phone team. From 2014 to 2015, they transitioned to a Software Developer Engineer I role within the Astoria Project, focusing on the Redirection and Client-App team. Chris was then promoted to Software Developer Engineer II within the Astoria team, where they maintained test regression reports and triaged test failures for Astoria's integration with the Windows build system and Windows 10. Most recently, since 2020, Chris has been working at Capital Insurance Group as a Software Engineering Team Lead.

Chris Jarrett obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, as well as Professional Writing, from Carnegie Mellon University between the years 2008 and 2012.
