Lakshmi Satharasi

Lakshmi Satharasi has extensive experience as a Guidewire Quality Assurance Lead. Lakshmi has worked at various companies, including Capital Insurance Group, Donegal Insurance Group, Blackcomb Consultants, Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group, Texas Windstorm Insurance Association, FCCI Insurance Group, and EY. Their responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing requirements, test planning and execution, automation test suite development, estimating QA effort, recording test results, hosting and executing QA meetings, and onboarding new hires. Their experience spans from 2011 to the present.

Lakshmi Satharasi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Quality Management from Sikkim Manipal University, which they pursued from 2011 to 2013. Lakshmi also obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Bangalore University, specializing in Computer Science, from 2001 to 2004. Lakshmi completed their Pre University studies in PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) from NMKRV College for Women between 1999 and 2001. Lakshmi earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from R V High School during the period of 1996 to 1999. Additionally, Lakshmi has obtained various certifications such as Guidewire Certified Associate and Functional certification on Guidewire ClaimCenter 7.x from Guidewire Software, Certified Software Test Engineer from Balaji Institute Of Information Technologies, ITIL Version 3 Foundation Examination from ITIL Certified, JAVA/ J2EE - Course Completion Certificate from SSI Limited, PGDCA from The Central Social Welfare Board, New Delhi, India, and C Language - Course Completion from GC's Tantragnan.
