Stephanie Marquez has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Stephanie started their career as a Claims Specialist at State Farm in 2008 and worked there until 2011. In 2012, Stephanie joined Capital Insurance Group as a Claims Adjuster and later progressed to the role of Claims Department Trainer. Stephanie then became a Claims Supervisor and eventually a Claims Manager. Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Senior Business Analyst - Lead at Capital Insurance Group, a role they have been in since February 2021.
Stephanie Marquez has studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at the University of La Verne and Bakersfield College. Stephanie has also obtained various certifications from Guidewire Software, including Guidewire Certified Ace - ClaimCenter Business Analyst, Guidewire Certified Associate - InsuranceSuite Analyst, and Guidewire Certified Professional - ClaimCenter Business Analyst. All certifications were obtained in 2022.
