Tanner Benavides

Tanner Benavides has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as the Manager of IT Support & End User Experience at Capital Insurance Group since October 2019, where responsibilities include ticket management for Tier I and Tier II teams and production support leadership. Prior roles at Capital Insurance Group include Technical Support Supervisor and Product Support Engineer. Tanner's earlier experience includes a Lead/Tech II position at Arrow Electronics, and a brief tenure at State Farm focusing on customer satisfaction in insurance sales. Starting in the field of construction, Tanner worked as a QC Technician at Black Eagle Consulting Inc. Tanner holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Western Governors University and two associate degrees in Computer Science and Culinary Arts from Truckee Meadows Community College.
