Reza Sabaii

Reza Sabaii is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and legal representation. As the Founder and Principal Broker of Capital Investment LLC since 2014, Reza specializes in seller and buyer representation, 1031 exchanges, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, land acquisitions, assemblage and mixed-use development, as well as retail and office management. Previously, Reza served as Managing Partner at Sabaii & Saleh, LLP from 2003 to 2014, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various real estate agreements. Additionally, Reza worked as In-House Counsel at Concord Wilshire Partners, LLC, focusing on high-value development projects, and gained property management experience at Decron Properties. Reza holds a Doctor of Law degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Towson University, where coursework was completed cum laude.
