David Hudson

David Hudson is a Partner in the Capital Law Ltd Commercial Disputes Team since February 2022, specializing in a wide range of commercial disputes and regulatory matters, particularly within the financial services sector. With extensive experience, David has contributed to major remediation projects over the past decade. Prior to Capital Law, David held roles as an Independent Consultant at Eversheds Sutherland and Lloyds Banking Group, as well as Partner at Acuity Legal Limited. Previous positions include Senior Solicitor at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, Senior Associate at Eversheds, and Associate at Morgan Cole. David holds an LLB in Law from the University of Birmingham and is an alumnus of the Royal Grammar School in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
