Keith Forman

Keith Forman is the current Director and Chairman of the Board at Capital Link. Keith has over 18 years of experience in management and leadership positions. Keith started their career at Conductix-Wampfler Inc in 2000 as a Strategic Business Unit Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development and implementation of the strategic and annual business plans. Keith also coordinated the activities of Business Development Managers, Product Development Manager Manufacturing, Sales and Engineering to identify and exploit potential markets, products, and product features which will support business plan objectives. Keith was promoted to General Manager, Harlan Center of Excellence in July 2008. In this role, they managed and directed the Omaha/Harlan Strategic Business Unit toward its primary objectives, based on profit, growth and market share. Keith has been with Capital Link since June 2013 and has been instrumental in growing the company and increasing profitability.
