Boris Rozman has a strong background in technology, recruitment, and leadership roles. Boris is currently the Chief Executive Officer of a Career Matching Platform, where they oversee the growth strategy, execution, and engineering team. Prior to this role, Boris was the Founder and CEO of Capital Markets Placement, a boutique recruitment agency that specializes in providing technical talent to Enterprise and SMB clients. Boris founded the company in 2007 and has been involved in various areas of the business, including engineering/technology, leadership/management, marketing, sales, and support.

Boris is also an Official Member of the Forbes Agency Council, an invitation-only organization for founders and senior-level executives in public relations, media strategy, creative, and advertising agencies. Boris is focused on thought leadership and innovation within this role.

In addition, Boris has founded and held leadership positions in other technology-related companies. Boris was the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of GLO.net, a real-time RM/HR Tech platform that facilitates data flow in staffing, HR Tech, job boards, and talent acquisition. Boris also founded Creative Technology Partners, which specializes in designing and building scalable tech platforms.

Earlier in their career, Boris was a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Trading Technology at NorthPoint Solutions and the Director of Technology Recruiting at GLO Consulting, Inc. Boris also founded and served as the CEO of Gigahertz Systems, a gaming PC manufacturing company, and BestSponsor.com, an online platform.

Boris Rozman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from Stony Brook University in the years 1998 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Management, specializing in Management and Finance, from Harvard University from 2008 to 2013.
