Michael Shuster has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President of Recruiting/Lead Technical Recruiter at Capital Markets Placement, where they have been since June 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruiter/Senior Account Executive at Glenmont Group from February 2016 to June 2017. Before that, they were a Recruiter/Account Executive at Ciklum from November 2013 to February 2016. Michael also has experience as a Client Engagement Manager/Account Executive at PSD2HTML from November 2012 to November 2014 and as a Junior Foreign Affairs Officer (Kyoto Protocol) (Part Time) at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine from October 2012 to September 2014. Additionally, they served as a Senior Sales Manager at Edge Marketing from August 2010 to August 2012, a Customer Service Representative (Part Time) at HSBC Commercial Banking from May 2010 to September 2010, and a Sales Representative/Assistant Manager at T-Mobile from February 2008 to April 2010.

Michael Shuster completed their education in a chronological manner. Michael first attended the University of Rochester from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Economics. Following this, they went to Monroe Community College from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Finally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Wisconsin International University (USA) Ukraine from 2012 to 2015.
