Peter Skanavis

Peter Skanavis currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Motivo, Inc. since September 2023. As the Founder and President of Homeowners Concept Realtors, established in December 1984, Peter leads Metro Milwaukee's oldest and largest low commission real estate firm. Peter is also the Founder and VP of Milwaukee Venture Partners and serves as an Advisor for Capital Midwest Fund, alongside a role as Director at Milwaukee Research Park. Previously, Peter owned Orchard Inn, a bar and banquet hall, and held the position of Director at Sprecher Brewing Co., Inc. Peter's early career included working as an Operations Analyst at Miller Brewing Company and owning a pirate radio station in Greece. Peter holds an MBA from Lubar College of Business and a BS in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
