🏡🏢This is a Hybrid role, the Product team work from our London (Shoreditch) Offices 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
Capital on Tap are seeking a Product Manager to join our team handling money flows in and out of the business. This role is core to our business and requires some of the heaviest lifting, subject matter expertise, and attention to detail.

You’ll report into our Senior Product Manager who has a decade of experience in this space. This role involves finding new ways to delight our customers and deliver solutions that will help us on our way to becoming the leading fintech in the UK for businesses.

✨Driving product initiatives and improvements by delivering the latest technology for how customers spend and repay us. 
Focus on building products that drive revenue growth and customer NPS
Liaise with third-party vendors we rely on to deliver on the latest and best products
Discover how our customers can make use of the latest trends in Fintech
Engage stakeholders in the business around delivering operational excellence for our customers
Implement change requests, plugin new APIs or data sources that generate a direct impact on our bottom line

We’re Looking For
✨3+ years experience in Product Management/Project Management
✨Hands-on experience with ideation, scoping and delivery of projects and products with an active customer base
Comfortable with Agile, Scrum, Kanban
(Desirable) Fintech based experience in Payments or Lending
A relentless pursuit to add value and high-quality output
The ability to become the expert in your field and show end-to-end ownership of your area
A proactive, self-directed approach and a strong desire to learn
Basic data analysis skills, ability to apply an analytical lens to accurately prioritise and deliver maximum impact to revenue and customer delight
Ability to synthesize and distil crucial information into actionable points in situations of high ambiguity or uncertainty
Comfortable navigating through changing environments and adapting to moving goal posts
