Ciaran Egan

Ciaran Egan is an experienced data professional with a strong background in data analysis and risk modeling. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Capital on Tap since October 2022, Ciaran previously held positions including SAS Data Analyst at Bank of Ireland and Credit Risk Modeller/Risk Data Scientist at AIB, where responsibilities included model development and data-driven decision making. Ciaran's career began at Bank of Ireland as a Risk Analyst, focusing on stress testing and loan loss forecasts. Ciaran holds a Master’s degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Data Analytics from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Mathematics and Economics from the University of Galway.
