Emma Thursfield

Emma Thursfield is currently serving as Sales Academy Manager at Capital on Tap, where Emma is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships in a competitive market. Prior to this role, Emma worked as a Business Development Manager at Direct Accident Management, where Emma exceeded targets and gained new accounts. With a background in assistant management at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and sales roles at Clarks, Warehouse Fashions, and Meads Pharmacy, Emma has gained experience in customer service, account management, and sales. Emma holds a Master's degree in Translation Studies from Cardiff University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and German. Additionally, Emma has completed an internship at the Center for International Relations in Vienna.
