Joe Windless has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Joe started their career at American Express in 2019, where they worked in various roles such as Credit Specialist and Executive Complaint Handler. In 2022, they became an Account Manager at American Express, specializing in UK SBS & ICC - International Card Services. Joe then moved on to become a Senior Account Manager in the same department before joining Capital on Tap in 2023 as a Business Development Manager. Joe'sresponsibilities at Capital on Tap include acquiring new business and managing customer accounts to maximize the benefits of their rewards card.
