Katerina Koleva

Katerina Koleva is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Capital on Tap since January 2022. Prior to this role, Katerina held positions including People and Culture Manager at Compuco, Group Operations and HR Manager at The Holley Holland Group, and Operations and HR Executive at Digital Fineprint. Katerina's career began as an Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Management Graduate at Premier Inn and a Team Manager at Leicester Riders. Educationally, Katerina earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport Science with Management from Loughborough University and holds a Bulgarian Diploma for Secondary Education from the High School of Nature Science and Mathematics "Nancho Popovich."
