Sheng-Hui Hsu

Sheng-Hui Hsu is an experienced product designer with a strong background in user experience and design strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Capital On Tap since June 2016, Sheng-Hui has been instrumental in creating a design system that enhances the company's brand and customer experience, collaborating with various teams to innovate across different channels. As a co-founder of Pre.sense, Sheng-Hui introduced design thinking to develop user-centered strategies and solutions. Previous experience includes a role as an Innovation Designer at HAITEC Automobile Information Technical Center, focusing on product development and R&D for automotive applications, as well as product design at Eastrong Co. Sheng-Hui holds a Master’s Degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, an MBA module in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Design from Imperial College Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from National Cheng Kung University.
