Valentina Rusan

Valentina Rusan has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Capital On Tap since April 2019, where previous roles included Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Prior to this, Valentina Rusan worked as a Software Developer at DG Partners LLP from May 2017 to March 2019 and held the position of Software Engineer at SOLOG for Total Gas and Power Ltd from August 2014 to April 2017. Valentina Rusan began the career as a Technical Specialist at Bluesmith Information Systems, transitioning from an industrial placement at Microsoft in 2012. Academically, Valentina Rusan holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Science in Cybernetics, Statistics, and Economic Informatics from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
