Aaron Walters is the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel for the Employment Law Group at Capital One in Richmond, Virginia. Their practice focuses on advising clients in Human Resources and Corporate Insurance, as well as managing the company’s employment litigation portfolio. Aaron has been with Capital One since 2009, where they began as Senior Counsel for the Subpoena Fulfillment Team, earning a Circle of Excellence Award for their contributions. Prior to Capital One, they served as Senior Litigation & Employment Counsel for the Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs Company and began their legal career with Williams Mullen in the Labor & Employment Section.
