Arjun Dugal

Arjun Dugal is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the financial services and retail sectors. Currently serving as EVP and Head of Technology for Capital One Card, Arjun has held various leadership roles at Capital One, including EVP and CTO of Capital One Financial Services and SVP and CTO of Capital One Financial Services. Prior experience includes senior positions at Macy's, where Arjun served as SVP of Macy's Systems and Technology and Group Vice President for Direct To Consumer Systems. Arjun has also held multiple roles at Staples Inc. and Wipro Limited. Arjun Dugal holds a Master's Degree in Management and Operations from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Pune University.
