Bei Dai

Bei Dai is a Business Director for Card Data, Models, Decisioning, and Credit (DMDC) at Capital One, overseeing a multidisciplinary team focused on data management, machine learning, and credit analytics since July 2024. Previously, Bei served as an MBA Associate at High Alpha and an MBA Intern at Coast, working on initiatives for enterprise cloud companies and fleet management solutions, respectively. Bei's earlier career includes significant roles at Capital One, leading product management in Card Partnerships, and strategy development, as well as experience at Putnam Associates and Thayer School of Engineering, contributing to biopharmaceutical strategies and innovative engineering projects. Bei holds an MBA and M.S. in Design Innovation from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College.
