Ben Cessa is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Capital One since July 2024. Previously, Ben held the position of Chief Technology Officer at AID:Tech, where innovative solutions utilizing blockchain, artificial intelligence, and machine learning were developed for various sectors. Additional experience includes roles as a Technical Consultant for both the Inter-American Development Bank and The World Bank, focusing on modernizing fiscal management and tax administration through cutting-edge technologies. Ben also contributed to governmental digital strategies in Mexico as Project Manager and Innovation Project Manager. Ben earned an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla between 2002 and 2007.
