Ben DeWitt

Ben DeWitt is the Director of Cyber Forensics & eDiscovery at Capital One, where they focus on enhancing evidence collection, processing, and analysis in support of investigations and litigation. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager, Cyber Forensics & eDiscovery Program Lead at Capital One, and as a Litigation Technology Specialist at LeClairRyan. Ben also gained experience in eDiscovery as an E-Discovery Paralegal at both Wright, Robinson, Osthimer & Tatum and LeClairRyan. They hold a BBA in Business Administration & Criminal Justice from Roanoke College.
