Beth Adams serves as the Chief Tax Officer and Global Head of Tax at Capital One since January 2023. Previously, Beth held leadership roles at KeyBank from July 2010 to December 2022, including Chief Tax Officer, SVP and Director of Corporate Strategy, and SVP & Senior Director of Corporate Tax, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, valuations, and both federal and international tax planning. Earlier experience includes the position of Federal Tax Manager at National City Bank and a decade at Deloitte as a Tax Senior Manager. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Miami University and a Master of Taxation. Education also includes graduating from Padua Franciscan High School.
