Caitlyn B. has over a decade of experience in various management and project leadership roles at Capital One, starting from February 2013. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Chief of Staff for the US Card division, Caitlyn has also held positions such as Chief of Staff & Project Management Team Lead in HR Talent Acquisition and Executive Leadership Program Manager within the same department. Previous roles include Process Lead in HR Operations and Scrum Master for Branded Card projects, along with project management positions in both Branded Card and Retail & Direct Bank divisions. Earlier professional experience includes a Human Resources internship at Maxim Healthcare Services and a Hospital internship at Bon Secours Health System. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with an HR focus and a minor in Business Leadership, graduating cum laude from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business in 2012.
