Carrington Dennis is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineer Technical Lead at Capital One since October 2024, Carrington also founded Carrington Creative Company in January 2017, specializing in supporting startups with mobile and web development, AI strategy, and product leadership. Prior experience includes a Senior Software Engineer position at 8th Light, where Carrington led teams on complex projects, and a Fullstack Software Engineer role at Fixt, contributing to a platform that significantly enhanced service delivery.
