Casey Augustosky

Casey Augustosky is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Staff & Strategy Talent Acquisition at Capital One since November 2021. In this role, Casey leads recruiting teams focused on Risk, Finance, Audit, Legal, and HR. Prior to this, Casey held the position of Head of Commercial Bank Talent Acquisition at Capital One, overseeing a team of 30+ recruiters. Casey has extensive experience at Strategic Education, Inc. as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where a team successfully filled over 1700 roles annually across more than 100 locations. Previous roles include AVP of Talent Recruitment and Development and Director of Human Resources - Recruiting at Strayer University, as well as various positions in recruitment and talent management at AppAssure Software, Achieve-it, and Jones Networking. Casey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Strayer University and has further education from Longwood University.
