Catherine Floyd is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in email marketing, customer relationship management, and strategic communications. Currently serving as Principal Email Marketing Strategist for Capital One since March 2024, Catherine previously held roles at Zillow as Manager of B2C Lifecycle Marketing, where optimization and user engagement strategies were developed, and at Atlassian, where ownership of the global Talent Community led to significant list growth. Experience at The Nature Conservancy included managing donor journeys across multiple channels as CRM Manager and leading high-scale digital fundraising projects.
