Charlotte Bain Giardini

Charlotte Bain Giardini is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in talent strategy and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President and HR Business Partner at Capital One, Charlotte leads HR initiatives for the Software and Business Cards and Payments lines of business. Previously, in various roles at Google from 2015 to 2022, Charlotte oversaw talent strategy for Product Management and provided strategic HR support for key technologies, including Google Maps and Photos. Earlier experience at The Advisory Board Company involved partnership with New Product Development and management of HR functions across multiple business lines. Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Spanish from the University of Virginia in 2008.
