Daniel Otto

Daniel Otto, PhD, serves as Senior Director of Card Data Products and Experiences at Capital One since October 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel held several positions at JPMorganChase from February 2023 to October 2025, including Product Director of Card Data and Data Governance. Daniel's experience also includes working as Senior Product Manager for Data at Apto Payments, which specializes in card program development, from March 2022 to February 2023. Daniel previously contributed to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as Senior Product Manager in Data Science and to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta as Product Manager for Risk. Daniel's career commenced at the Federal Reserve System as a Product Analyst. Daniel holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Alabama, along with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Auburn University.
