Dhivya Khrishnan

Dhivya Khrishnan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. As the Director of Software Engineering at Capital One since April 2024, Dhivya is focused on card payments. Prior to this role, Dhivya founded Pixiepages, a technology-powered animation content startup that enhances storytelling through engaging visuals. Dhivya has held significant positions at prominent companies, including serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Meta, where the focus was on the Quest VR Metaverse's Media Content Creation and Content Discovery teams, and at Hulu, overseeing Subscription Partnerships and the Subscription Platform. Additional experience includes leading the development of a personalized recommendations engine at Grubhub and working as a Software Engineer at Goldman Sachs. Dhivya holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University and several certifications, including one in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online and another in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
