Dixon Ferrell

Dixon Ferrell, CCIM, currently serves as Vice President at Capital One, focusing on Real Estate Debt and Equity Placement since December 2023. Prior to this role, Dixon held various positions at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital from January 2018 to September 2023, including Assistant Vice President, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Dixon's experience also includes a tenure at CoStar Group as a Research Associate II in Sales Comparables Analysis and Research. Additional past roles include an Account Management Internship at MaxPoint and various writing and marketing positions at Three-Ships and The Daily Tar Heel. Dixon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a study abroad program in 2015.
