Emilio Revilla

Emilio Revilla currently serves as a Board Member for the Virginia Latino Advisory Board, appointed by Governor Youngkin to a 4-year term to address issues impacting the Latino community in Virginia. Since September 1999, Emilio has held various leadership positions at Capital One, including Managing Vice President and Chief Counsel for Consumer & Financial Integrity Regulatory, overseeing a large team of regulatory legal experts and providing enterprise-wide legal guidance on multiple consumer financial laws. Prior experience includes tenure as a Staff Attorney at LAN Airlines and an Associate Attorney at PEREZ ABREU & MARTIN-LAVIELLE, P.A. Emilio Revilla holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, with a focus on International Relations, Law, and Organization.
