Francesca Duffy

Francesca (Vaghi) Duffy is an experienced event management professional currently serving as a Manager in Job Family Learning and the SBC Office of Strategy Management at Capital One since January 2018. Francesca has also held roles as a Principal Process Manager and Senior Process Manager in Events Management and Associate Engagements. Prior to Capital One, Francesca worked as an Independent Event Consultant starting in September 2017, and gained extensive experience at Aspen Insurance Group from April 2013 to June 2017, where the roles included Event Manager and Event Planner. Additional experience includes serving as an Event Producer at Save the Date and a Sales Associate at Luna, along with an internship in event design at Ridgewells Catering. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
