Gary Williams

Gary Williams is an accomplished recruiting professional with significant experience in both financial services and event operations. Currently serving as a Sr. Recruiting Manager at Capital One since June 2019, Gary leads professional recruiting efforts for the Financial Services line of business. Previous roles at Capital One include Recruiting Manager and Principal Recruiter, focusing on business analyst and product management roles. Prior to joining Capital One, Gary worked as an Executive Recruiter at The Adecco Group, where recruitment of accounting and finance professionals contributed to achieving top rankings nationwide. Gary also held the position of Director of Event Operations at RMC Events, managing extensive staffing for over 2,000 events annually and developing efficient staffing processes. Gary holds a degree from Old Dominion University, completed in 2009.
